- All ski club members must be picked up and signed out no later than 7:50 pm.
- You must provide your own transportation.
- You must complete the District Liability Waiver in addition to any waiver included in the registration process.

Q. How do students/parents register for the Ski clubs?
A. This year you must register AND make payment online using one of the following links:

You must complete a separate registration and signed District Liability Waiver for EACH participant. Payments can be made together.
Q. Who is allowed to join the ski clubs?
A. Students 2nd grade - 8th grade and their family members (includes: siblings and parents). Only stipulation: parents must be present the entire evening for skiers younger than 2nd grade. HHASD students must be current with all school fees in order to participate.
Q. Are rentals or lessons available?
A. Members have the option of just signing up for the ticket package (4 nights - total $109.00) or adding additional items like rentals and lessons. Please see the Rates tab for more details.
Q. Are lessons offered for anyone?
A. Only students 7-17 years old may take lessons during the club.
Q. What type of lessons are offered?
A. Beginner lessons are offered for both skiers and snowboarders between 4:30pm - 6:30pm. **Lessons are included in the group lift ticket.**
Q. How long are skiers on the hill?
A. Skiers can spend as much time on the hill as they want between 4:15pm-7:50pm. At 7:50pm when checked out - families can choose to head home or stay for some extra practice.
Q. Can skiers be picked up early?
A. Yes - Skiers can be picked up any time before 7:50pm. They just need to be signed out with Mrs. Brezonick.
Q. Do skiers have to stay outside on the hill the whole time?
A. No - Skiers have access to the snack/concessions areas and the warming huts. Skiers need to display good behavior while in the buildings taking a break. Anyone not following the rules will be asked to leave and could forfeit their club membership.
Q. Can skiers bring food/snacks to the ski hill?
A. Yes - they can pack a dinner or snacks to eat so long as it is kept in a vehicle. Food will not be able to be brought into the buildings this year. They can also bring extra money to purchase food at the concessions (cash will be accepted). The hill is also offering cell phone ordering with a credit card option to limit members in the buildings.
Q. Do parents need to stay with members if they are not skiing?
A. No - Members can be dropped off at the hill and check in with Mrs. Brezonick any time after 4:15pm. They must be checked out by 7:50pm and picked up by 8pm. Members must also check out with Mrs. Brezonick at the time they are picked up.
Q. What happens if a session is canceled due to inclement weather or I can't attend a session?
A. Ski Club Assurance Policy: In the event that the school or the ski hill is closed due to weather or other situations - make-up day(s) will be added. Notify Ms. Brezonick if you will not be attending. Make-up dates will not apply in this situation.
