    3. Goals for 2026-2027 School Year
      1. 4th grade dedication gift-tree, signage up by baseball diamond?
      2. FLES Basketball hoops - want adjustable hoops. Might put some of the Fun Run profit towards this. 
      3. FLES Records board in Gym-Mr. Heinritz is looking into it - looks to be on the cheaper side. & would finish off the gym upgrades. Still awaiting a number from Mr Heinritz. Wanting to definitely do it this year!
      4. FLES Swings - Possibly replace seat and chains?
      5. FLES Curtain for performances on stage - fundraising for with the Nutman Fundraiser. Hoping to get this year due to the Theater group wanting to use in early spring (Dr Katy said prior experience was 10K for a curtain). - likely after winter concert, but before spring concert. Jen working to get a quote.
      6. RMS Staff Lounge - maybe not as it might not directly benefit the students
      7. RMS Updating Playground  - fundraising for with the Nutman Fundraiser - Rachel says for athletic equipment
      8. Also looking into upgrading the water - ongoing taste of water issue. Getting quotes for both schools. Higher priority!

    1. $32,862 in checking currently
    2. $1,933 in savings currently, for specific dept. funds - balances have been emailed
    3. $   from Fun Run is being re-sent with HHOPS name - about 5K still discussing what that will be used for - maybe go towards adjustable basketball hoops. Jen needs to get quotes again. 
    4. Expenses since End of School Year
      1. - $1,318 in teacher reimbursements (14 teachers)
      2. - $1,532 for Field Day/Fun Run
      3. - $1,079 for Theater Production
      4. - $871 for SWANK Movie License
      5. - $260 for Holiday Market Prep
      6. - $239 for Trunk or Treat Prep
      7. - $200 for Car Decals (Open House)
      8. - $121 for Holiday Shop Reimbursement
      9. - $55 Office Supplies
    5. Tax Information - IRS was faxed updated AOI to verify name change - confirmation not yet received
    6. When are we able to get new names on our bank account?
      1. The bylaws that Landmark CU has is preventing the update
      2. Suggestion to close and re-open bank account - Kim to determine what’s required to do so
    7. Review expenses from 25-26 school year
      1. 23/24 unsure on exact raised/utilized, but there was larger carryover with extra funding/grant (largest was $45k to FLES playground)
      2. 24/25 $48k raised/utilized (largest was $25k to FLES playground)
      3. 25/26 $32k raised/utilized (largest was field day)
    1. Votes of Approval
      1. Krisi Harwood is asking for $225 to be donated from HHOPS-covers entire year to support digital safety trainings, boosted participation with teachers, 9 drawings for $25 each
      2. Keep Wednesday meeting dates? Or change back to Tuesdays?
      3. Lenora Large is asking for donations to the RMS Sunshine Committee-supply 2 giftcards a month from October to June-9 months, $25 for each giftcard=$450-goes towards various activities, whether it be potlucks, wedding/shower gifts, bereavement gifts, retirement gifts, etc., but also to appreciate each other and the work we all do every day for our students and one another 
      4. Hot Dog Roller Grill from Kwik Trip - No longer can do due to the high volume that Kwik Trip pulls
    2. Reserving FLES venue for events-online form - don’t have to pay for school week events, however need to pay for weekend coverage (holiday market)
    3. HHOPS Constitution and By-laws Updated-see changes in red - tabled for another time
    4. Calendar of Events
      1. 8/26 Open House-Rachel 
        1. Food Trucks-Rachel will report how much we got back on the night - middle school positioning wasn’t great. Middle school trucks won’t be giving anything. Elementary school will get about 10% of sales. Already got CS Foods check. Future years - maybe skip the middle school food trucks.
        2. Feedback on volunteer sign up and car decals
      2. 9/4-9/25 Nutman Fundraiser-Kim - staying local. Got to set our own prices. Will create a sign up sheet to help sort. Dr Katy is going to check with getting a parent square to be able to send out reminders on the fundraiser. Send to Jen and Rachel if we need something beforehand.
      3. 10/21 Trunk or Treat-Ashley
        1. Items are ready for boo bags-approx. 100
        2. Signup genius created for trunk volunteers - last year had about 15. Jen already sent to teachers.
        3. Communicated with Grappling Gardens about pumpkins- $1 a pumpkin and they dropped off here at school. 
        4. Have sign up ready for getting trunks. No concessions. Partnering with Mr Heinritz to go with the Jack o Lantern Jog. 
      4. 11/7 HHOPS Holiday Market-Kim - moved up a week so it didn’t coincide with the St Gabes market. Kim talked with Diane (Lion’s Club), they used to do with the Lion’s Club. Might want to cohost in the future. But they may help/volunteer with year. Not a lot of vendors signed up for yet. Kim is waiting until we have the school booked/approved. Santa will be there!
      5. 11/13 Movie Night - Have to go off the SWANK License. Who would like to head up?
      6. 11/30-12/4 Holiday Shop-Amy - happens here at school during school hours. Likely request the library again. Will ask for help at that time. Likely will do 1 evening (wednesday??) for other shopping. 
      7. Family Bingo Night - Feb 5th. Kim taking the lead. Ask Jennifer Bailey to help? Or ask Mrs Rocco to call out numbers/letters. 
      8. 3/12 Celebrate Families Dance-Jock Jams - Ashley as lead
      9. 4/12-4/17 Online Auction - Kim will lead - we do teacher baskets, reaching out to local businesses
      10. 5/3-5/7 Staff Appreciation Week-Sports theme - reuse dance decorations for this week. Raider Reps usually helps with this, but has asked us (HHOPS) to help with for this year. Last year Cassie (middle school) did a lot of games. 
      11. 6/2 Field Day - backup date of 6/3. Do golf course again? Concern is that the rock climbing wall is getting very expensive. Used to spend $2K for field day. Might build in the Fun Run with this. Do a Color Run???
      12. Photographer/Yearbook Lead - Need to verify if we have pages this year. Ashley reaching out to Krisi. 
      13. Scholarship Lead - Kim and Lenny doing the reading/picking. Making sure AI wasn’t used. Last year we did 3 scholarships. 
    5. Rachel Q - Courage Retreat - looking for pizza, water - to take place at the Chalet - From Sal’s for pizza, could bring in Costco water bottles, reach out to McDonalds might do juice.  Likely would need under $600. Have funded in the past. Approved
    6. Middle School - Rustivo - need a quote for games for indoor recess. Potential Amazon wishlist.
    7. Rachel Q - looking to replace playground equipment as it keeps disappearing. (previously have looked into a net to keep them from going into the road/gas station but that was previously $1500)
    8. Rachel Q - going to put thru the $80 for reading all summer (8 kids did). Already approved.
